Supplements

Due to the nature of pet supplements and health regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

We will happily issue a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • You provide a photo of the issue


Accessories

For accessories (beds, toys, grooming, etc.), returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank
